EXTERIOR-GLUED BIRCH PLYWOOD
Uncoated birch plywood bonded with phenol-formaldehyde resin adhesive for enhanced moisture resistance in construction, transportation and industrial applications.

Standard thickness range: 6-40 mm
Density: approximately 640-700 kg/m³
Moisture content: approximately 5-11%
Emission class: E1
Grades: standard B-C face/back combinations
Surface: S2S, S1 or NS
FILM-FACED BIRCH PLYWOOD
Exterior-bonded birch plywood overlaid with phenolic resin-impregnated paper and protected with water-resistant edge sealing.

Thickness: 6-40 mm
Film weight: 120 or 220 g/m²
Density: approximately 640-700 kg/m³
Moisture content: approximately 5-15%
Emission class: E1
Surface: F/F, F/W, F/CP or hexagonal pattern
Edge protection: water-resistant acrylic coating
EXTERIOR-GLUED LARCH PLYWOOD
Exterior-bonded larch plywood for construction and industrial applications, available in sanded and unsanded specifications.

Standard format: 910 × 1,820 mm
Typical thicknesses: 9 and 18 mm
Grades: C/C, C/D and D/D
Surface: S2S or NS
Certification: JAS available for selected specifications
BIRCH VENEER
Rotary-cut birch veneer is available in two principal thickness groups:

Thin veneer: up to 1 mm
For furniture lamination, decorative surfaces and further processing.

Thick veneer: 1-4 mm
For plywood manufacturing and other glued wood products.
LARCH VENEER
Rotary-cut softwood veneer manufactured from larch.
Available for plywood production and other industrial applications.
JAS-certified supply is available for selected specifications.

We confirm final thickness, grade, dimensions, and surface requirements for each inquiry.
PLYWOOD FORMATS
Standard, large and special formats are available depending on product type, thickness and current production allocation.
  • BIRCH PLYWOOD
    Principal standard formats include:
    • 1,525 × 1,525 mm
    • 1,220 × 2,440 mm
    • 2,440 × 1,220 mm

    Large and special formats are available upon request and depend on product type, thickness, grade, and current production allocation.
  • LARCH PLYWOOD
    • Standard format: 910 × 1,820 mm
    • Typical thicknesses: 9 and 18 mm
    • Grades: C/C, C/D and D/D
    • Surface: S2S or NS

    Other specifications may be considered depending on production availability and order volume.
PROCESSING OPTIONS
Depending on the selected product and order specification, available industrial processing may include:
  • Rectangular cut-to-size panels
  • Sanding
  • S1 and S2S surface preparation
  • Tongue-and-groove machining along panel edges
  • Film overlay and patterned surfaces
  • Water-resistant edge sealing

Include processing requirements with the quotation request.
QUALITY AND DOCUMENTATION
Available documentation may include:
  • FSC or PEFC Chain of Custody
  • JAS certification for selected larch plywood and veneer
  • E1 formaldehyde emission classification
  • Certificate of Origin
  • Bonding and adhesive specifications
JAS-certified larch plywood and veneer are supplied to Japan.
Specify the required documentation before confirming the order.

The combined monthly supply capacity across the wood-product portfolio is up to 9,000 m³, subject to product mix and production allocation.

Supply structures may include:

Availability, minimum order quantity and production lead time are confirmed for each inquiry.
