INTEGRATED WASTEWATER & EFFLUENT MONITORING
We designs and delivers complete online monitoring systems combining selected sensors and analysers, automated sampling, equipment control, communications and monitoring software.
Each solution is engineered around the customer’s wastewater characteristics, required parameters, site conditions and operational response requirements.
FROM SOURCE TO DISCHARGE
Continuous monitoring can be implemented throughout the wastewater system — from individual production units and internal drainage networks to treatment facilities and final discharge points.
Monitoring at multiple stages helps identify pollution sources, assess treatment performance and detect abnormal changes before contaminated wastewater reaches the receiving environment.
Data from distributed monitoring points can be transmitted to a centralized supervisory system for continuous analysis, visualization and alarm management.
KEY APPLICATIONS
The monitoring system can be configured for different stages of wastewater collection, treatment and discharge.
INDUSTRIAL EFFLUENT COMPLIANCE
Continuous monitoring of wastewater discharged from industrial facilities.
Online measurement helps detect changes in wastewater composition, identify exceedances of specified limits and provide operators with timely information for corrective action.
Suitable for petrochemical, chemical, oil & gas, mining, manufacturing, food processing and other industrial facilities.
TREATMENT PLANT PROTECTION
Monitoring at wastewater treatment plant inlets and outlets provides continuous information about incoming pollutant loads and treatment performance.
Early detection of abnormal wastewater composition helps protect biological and technological treatment processes from potentially harmful discharges.
SOURCE IDENTIFICATION
Multiple monitoring points can be installed across individual production areas, workshops, drainage branches or industrial zones.
This distributed approach helps identify the origin of abnormal discharges and determine which process or facility is responsible for changes in wastewater composition.
ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING
Continuous monitoring of wastewater discharge into rivers, reservoirs, coastal waters and other receiving environments.
Autonomous monitoring stations can combine water-quality measurements with meteorological and hydrological data to help assess pollutant transport and dispersion.
SYSTEM CONFIGURATION
Every monitoring system is engineered according to the application, required parameters, installation conditions and available infrastructure.
CONTAINERISED MONITORING STATION
Designed for comprehensive monitoring at wastewater treatment facilities, major industrial discharge points and other locations requiring a wide range of analytical equipment.
Containerised stations can incorporate sensors, reagent analysers, automatic samplers, sample preparation systems, climate control, backup power and communication equipment.
The configuration places virtually no practical restriction on the number or type of parameters that can be monitored.
PROTECTED TELEMETRY CABINET

Compact IP68 systems are designed for installation directly inside manholes, chambers, collectors and drainage networks where installation space is limited.
The telemetry cabinet can integrate communication equipment, control electronics and connections to submerged optical and electrochemical sensors.
Optional access, flooding and equipment-status sensors provide additional monitoring of the installation itself.
Autonomous Water Quality Monitoring Buoy
Designed for continuous monitoring in rivers, reservoirs, coastal waters and marine discharge areas.
The buoy can incorporate an IP68 telemetry cabinet, solar power, GSM/GPS communications, water-quality sensors, meteorological instruments and sensors for current speed and direction.
Autonomous operation enables monitoring in locations where permanent infrastructure or grid power is unavailable.
